MCSAO At A Glance
Since the organization's inception in 2005, the Massachusetts Charter School Athletic Organization (MCSAO) has provided thousands of charter school students with high quality athletic opportunities. The organization has grown from nine schools and two sports to over 50 member schools and 15 sports, serving both high school and middle school students.
The organization strives to teach key values including teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship and places importance on academic success.
The MCSAO, with help from supporters, aims to increase the number of students it impacts, extend its reach outside of Greater Boston and continue to adapt to support the growing number of charter high schools and middle schools in Massachusetts.
